Returns Policy
Because the vast majority of our graphics are custom-made to your specific dimensions and style, they fall outside the standard return rules under UK distance selling regulations.
To ensure you get exactly what you need, we encourage you to double-check all spellings, colours, and dimensions before hitting the checkout button. If you are ever unsure, just give us a shout—we are happy to verify the details with you first.
If Things Are Not Quite Right
If we have made an error and sent you a faulty or incorrect order, we will make it right immediately.

Replacements: If your order is defective, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Proof: We may ask for a quick photo of the issue. This helps us diagnose the problem and speeds up the process so we can get your corrected graphics out.
Installation & Mistakes
Applying vinyl is a craft, and the secret is in the prep. Please read our instructions carefully, pay close attention to cleaning the surface, and—most importantly—take your time.

Liability: We cannot be held responsible for graphics that have been installed incorrectly or applied to poorly prepared surfaces.

We know accidents happen. If a gust of wind catches a letter or a squeegee slips, do not panic. Be honest with us about what happened, and we will do our best to help you fix the mistake at a fair price.
