Shipping Update
Shipping to the EU:
We are pleased to announce that we have resumed shipping to our customers across the EU!
To make the delivery process as smooth as possible, all EU customers can now prepay their country's local taxes and handling charges at checkout (DDP). This means no unexpected fees when your package arrives.
We are gradually updating our system with all EU destinations. If you do not see your country listed at checkout yet, please contact us, and we will gladly add it for you.
International Shipping (Non-EU):
Customers from outside the EU may also be subject to handling charges and taxes.
Order Dispatch Information:
We aim to dispatch orders within one to four working days (Monday to Friday), depending on product availability. During peak seasons, dispatch may take longer. Please note that our estimated shipping times only cover the period until we hand your order over to Royal Mail Tracked or a courier service. Delivery times do not account for the postal service's actual delivery period.
General information:
There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays, and we cannot specify a delivery time slot. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment information.
Combining Orders:
We cannot combine separate orders unless you contact us via email within two hours of placing your first order. Please note that once an order is in the packing stage, we cannot add additional items to it.
