NOTE THAT WHILST WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS WE CAN, WE ARE COMPLETELY UNABLE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES DURING THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES. SHIPPING TO OVERSEAS COUNTRIES IS TAKING MUCH LONGER THAN USUAL.
CURRENT DELIVERY STATUS
Please note that Royal Mail is currently running at a slower service rate, therefore orders may take longer to be delivered.
UK - We have received reports that it is taking 3 to 10 days for orders sent from us to reach their destination. It appears to be dependant on the area - some sorting offices/areas are operating at slower rates than others. We are unable to tell you if your area is affected.
EU/International - Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery. If you require a quicker service we can upgrade to a courier, but this will incur extra charges and again, we can make absolutely no guarantees on delivery times.

Here at Horse Box Graphics we are continually monitoring the situation regarding the global COVID-19 outbreak.
As a family run company, we are able to achieve social distancing and restrict our contact with the 'outside world' relatively easily due to our remote location.
We use a no contact drop and go system with the post office meaning that we just hand our bags of post over the counter as all the labelling is done in our office beforehand.
We are closely monitoring the situation at the Post Office and Royal Mail - our primary delivery partners.
